I would add to the title that this is my DXCC # 327....But that was a VERY hard one to get.
One entire week to chase them despite of a poor propagation and a very weird bandplan not favorizing West Europe. But there it is, 15min before they end their 20m CW session on the very last day, I could get in the log through the 10KHz split.
It has been as long time since I haven't had so much difficulties in making a QSO, that reminded me when I started my ham activities.
But the main goal was there, a All Time New One, this is RARE now !!!!
